What Class Should I Sign Up For?
Everyone that is new to our studio starts with our Signature Butter & Filth Infusion. This three week series is the most comprehensive introduction to our pole culture. It is crafted specifically for novices. If you have done pole before, you must still take Infusion. We do shit differently around here.
Get Into InfusionWhat Should I Wear?
We recommend you wear short bottoms (some folks wear swim suit bottoms!), and skip the lotion on pole day. This makes the poles slippery and that can be frustrating for newbies. Barefoot is best (don’t worry, we will get you some great heels when you’re ready). A normal tank top or sports bra will work just fine. Don’t over think this part. Wear what makes you comfortable (but probably not leggings. We need those legs for grip!).

What Should I Expect On My First Day?
We've created a unique program that's influenced by exotic dance, so we’re big into uniqueness and badassery. We use strength and sexy as a foundation and build from there. Each class is an hour long and includes a 10-15 minute warm up, a specific lesson that targets the whole body and mind, and time at the end to practice what you’ve learned and take progress pics if you want. No shame in selfie game. After all, have you seen our studio? Its freakin' gorgeous.

Great question! B&F Infusion is $77 for each 3 week introductory series. This is the best way to try pole and fall in love. Already a pole dancer and looking for a new studio? Start with Infusion. Our philosophy is unique. We're not your average pole studio.
